At last, after long wait the season started. First game versus Sunderland at home. Eventho the result wast as good as everybody hope for, IMO at least we can see glimpse of hope on how well LFC can go back to where they were belong; TOP TEAM.
If it wasn't  missed penalty, questionable referring (the foul on Suarez should have produced red card) and Downing's shot hit the woodwork I'm pretty sure LFC could have won the game.

Pepe Reina - 6
Could do nothing about Sebastian Larsson's goal.
John Flanagan - 5
One mistake, left Larsson unmarked and scored.
Jamie Carragher - 7
Calm and compose
Daniel Agger - 7.5
Awsome, stood tall like a brick wall, just hope he stays healthy
Jose Enrique - 7
Won all the challenge,
Lucas Leiva - 6.5
Attacking is his area of improvement this year, then he can be a complete midfielder.
Charlie Adam - 8
One assist and a nonstop action gave him my vote as MOTM
Jordan Henderson - 6 (Off 61')
IMO, wrong man in the wrong position, just enough to put out his potential. His passing is great but he's not a winger for crying out loud.
Luis Suarez - 7 (Off' 75)
Won a penalty, missed it, but redeemed himself with a headed goal. If he scored the penalty he could have been MOTM.
Stewart Downing - 7
Left side winger for LFC found, at last. If it wasnt that damn woodwork, he could've open his LFC Goal Account.
Andy Carroll - 7.5
Looks slimmer, faster and more lethal. A constant threat in the air.
Substitutions:

Dirk Kuyt (On 61') - 6
Typical work horse, tried to exploit holes in Sunderland's defense
Raul Meireles (On 75') - 6
Pin dropped.....

My question is,
Why not Aquilani instead of Henderson? Hear that King?
